En plus de la transformation, elle était également responsable qualité au niveau des périmètres de banane et a assuré la mise en place des trois référentiels : Biologique, Globagap et Fairtrade avec l’obtention de la triple certification en 2015.

Dans ce cadre, elle a eu à mettre en place des unités de transformation de produits locaux : jus de fruits, sirops, Araw, sankal, couscous et farine infantile composée à base de farine de banane. Aussi, le vinaigre de banane qui était une première expérience au Sénégal.
